Does anyone know if google or the advertisers pay more for clicks from traffic from the USA. or clicks from traffic oustide the u.s.
I'm guessing less for international traffic, but not simply because it's international... Rather you are going to have less advertisers vying for the end users (AdWords bid pricing doesn't go up as high if there is less competition), I would guess there are more ads targeting US visitors vs. International.
