What is the best way to find the keywords ? When i do research, i mostly check the sites on google for the same keyword and find the variations used by them and after that i use google keyword tool. I will like to know your views about the keyword research ..............

Hi,

I use overture, of course, a thesauraus and the tilde command in Google.

The tilde comand uses alternative phrase matches for your keywords. It's like a normal search but you write it like this: ~keywords

As far as Google are concerned, the keyword phrases returned by such a command are equivalent, but it doesn't work well for all searches.

Yes, i am agree that using only keyword to search do not help a lot while using ~keywords provide alternative keywords also

My understanding is that overture keyword search does not differentiate singular and plural and many other factor. The result may not be accurate. Many SEO expert recommend Wordtracker.

I used the free service from WWW.submitexpress.com they used wordtracker but limited usage. Good enough for counter checking the search number
