Pay Per Link Tool? Anybody Know?

Hey, anyone else use this PayPerLink software? It got me a PR4 in like 2 1/2 weeks. I wasn't even listed on Google before that. I tried Arelis in the past but it didn't even get my site listed. I found it by doing a Google search for "Pay Per Link". I'm pretty impressed.

I think automatic software cannot bring ranking for you in Google. It may be short term but for long term position in search engine you need natural search engine optimization (http://www.submitshop.com/services/search-engine-optimization.html)
