WebmasterWorld conducted a report showing that the main source of spam on the Internet are sites providing free blog web space. Google's Blogspot was no exception.
According to additional information provided by WebmasterWorld, the query "phentermine" on blogspot.com and "ringtone" on hometown.aol.com indicated that more than a half of them was spam.
Additional lists provided by WebmasterWorld mention other sites, which show that some web resources are used exceptionally for spreading spam. Sites such as sitegr.com and blog.hix.com are 100%.
