PR Update?

I just checked my PR on a new site that was PR0, a few data centers it's showing PR3. Anybody here on the forums smelling something? :confused:

I have not seen any PR update, i have read that there was update on 27th june in google results and adwords profit is dropping day by day of the peoples who is running google ads.

Google has updated the PR, I see changes in internal pages PR
