SEO companies (who can do this?)

I'm not sure if it's allowed to ask for specific SEO companies I can work with. It it's not--I apologize.

My question is are there any companies that will allow me to do the keyword research & write the copy but who can take care of directory submission, link popularity, reporting & handling a PPC campaign. I have already done extensive keyword research and I know how to write keyword rich copy. I'm finding that most SEO companies only offer all or nothing packages but when I can do some of it in house, I don't want to pay for the entire package. Suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

I do not think PR is true indicator of any SEO Services. It is one of the factor hot the absolute one. SEO Services depends upon company to company on the basis of age of SEO Company, Staff experience, there location for cost factor any many more
